I used to think it was impossible to develop and maintain a positive mindset without the aid of some severe chemicals. Let’s face it, the world is majorly fucked up and it won’t get better anytime soon. No matter how much I protested, stressed, raged, worried, argued, or anything else, the only thing I accomplished was destroying my own health.
Now, I know from experience that I can maintain a positive mindset by simply removing the negative things from my life. Easier said than done, I’m the first to admit that, but the rewards are so great once you move past the fear and anxiety.
Staying positive gets easier the longer you practice it.
