Kindness Journey – Day 120 – Happiness


Happiness is so many things. We take so much of life for granted because we believe in instant gratification for minor efforts. We spend too much time acquiring items that are supposed to make us happy, but we never have time to enjoy them.

When was the last time you sat silently on a sunny morning and just breathed in the calm air? Relaxation helps us calm our minds and allows us to focus when we need to.
