Kindness Journey – Day 68 – Breaking old habits and forming new ones

Habits can be good or bad. I am the victim of a bad habit. I smoked for many years, and now I struggle with breathing every single day. A prime example of a bad habit that I should have broken years ago.

On the other hand, I try to write every day. Writing makes me feel alive and important. An example of a good habit that I don’t want to break.

Everything is a matter of perspective.
