Writing is pure pleasure to me, except when it isn’t. Writer’s Block is a curse. There are days when I struggle to find the right thing to talk about on my Kindness Journey, but nothing comes to mind. That feeling makes me depressed.
But then I realize that the answer is right in front of me. I don’t need to focus on what I think I’m doing wrong; I need to be Kind to myself and things will get better. Self-doubt is a cancer that destroys lives. Don’t let it wreck yours.
If you feel down, take a walk. Just get up and move. You’ll feel better and in my case, the writer’s block will disappear.
