Kindness Journey – Day 61 – Getting back into Yoga

I have let my Yoga practice slide, and now I’m feeling the effects of that decision. I need to re-dedicate myself to Yoga and stuck to it in the future.

I feel sluggish without Yoga to loosen up and invigorate my body. I know that I need to start at a level below where I was when I slacked off. Practice makes perfect, so I have to start practicing Yoga again.
