I spent extra time with my meditation this morning, and I can really tell the difference. Honestly, I had gotten so busy that my entire meditation routine had just stopped altogether. I will do my best not to let that happen again because I recognized immediately how much better I feel after taking the time for myself.
I realize that I had lost myself. I was so busy reading about the world’s problems that I let my health and well-being deteriorate. I am too important to let that happen because I am a human being. I can’t feel good if I surround myself with nothing but bad karma. My focus needs to shift to find myself once again. Meditation is the method that helps me along the way.
