A New Month
Today is the start of March. Spring is technically three weeks away. It also Mark’s six months since my health problems started.
I have never lived through six months like this in my life. I’m fortunate to be here today, thanks to Hal. His decision to have me put into a coma and transported to another hospital in early December literally saved my life. I can never thank Hal enough.
I am still on disability and away from work. The latest estimate to return is the first of June, subject to medical approval. My strength is slowly returning, but it will take more time to get back to normal.
I have not touched my guitar in over six months, and I want to start again. It looks like that won’t happen until after we move to the new apartment next month. Just another milestone on the life journey to pass.
