Hitting a Roadblock

I seem to have hit a wall with my recovery. For the last few days, I’ve had sinus congestion, but luckily nothing in my lungs. My O2 level is still in range, and I’m happy about that. Except for last night, I’ve suffered from insomnia and have been tired as a result.

With all the things listed above, I’ve found myself stuck at 3000 steps for quite some time. I need to force myself to increase that total each day. On Monday, I will start yoga again since my biopsy surgery was six weeks ago, and there should be no danger of ripping or tearing any of the cut areas. Hopefully, the yoga does some good for me, and I’ll sleep better.

I guess I’m at 65% with my recovery. I couldn’t deal with an eight-hour workday yet, and that is why I’m applying for long-term disability to start at the end of this month.

I hope things improve soon. I don’t want to endanger my recovery, but I do want to get back on track.
