I feel tired this morning, but there’s no surprise about that since I didn’t sleep well last night. For some reason, sleep is eluding me. I’ll try again tonight and see what happens.
I will watch what I eat and how much today. I’ll also monitor my blood sugar more closely and do my best to keep it under control before tonight. Those are the things I can do right away to try and prepare for a restful night.
I hope I can get back into my exercise routine today. Going to see the new apartment should help me with this objective. Walking will do me a world of good.
Because Hal got an early start with laundry this morning, I’m going to wait and take my shower until we return from our trip today. By that time, there should be plenty of hot water available again. I hate rushing through a shower because we’re running low on hot water. I prefer to take my time and know that I’m clean all over.
We’ll be leaving soon. Hal made me a delicious omelet for breakfast this morning, so my energy level is high. All I have to do is put on jeans, a shirt, and shoes/socks, and I’ll be ready to go.
I am looking forward to seeing the new place.
