I want to keep from gaining any extra weight as I recover from my recent illness. I lost 20 pounds, and I can tell the difference. I don’t want to feel bloated again. I am making conscious decisions about what I eat, and more importantly, how much I eat at any given time.
I got into bad physical shape over a long period. Correcting the problem won’t happen overnight. I accept this fact, and I move forward with my resolve to get better. I just ate a single slice of pizza instead of two pieces. I had a small serving of pasta rather than piling it on my plate. These small choices will help me to keep the weight off.
