DDP Yoga Day 17

I got a good night of sleep last night, and that is the first time in over a week I can say that. I honestly hit the snooze bar several times this morning, so I didn’t get my workout in this morning.
Not to worry, I am going to get the workout done immediately after work because I remain committed to making the DDP Yoga work for me. In a way, I felt guilty about not getting out of bed early, but I know that sleep is important as well to overall self-improvement. Now I can look forward to the workout and then having dinner with Hal and relaxing for the evening.
